NEW BYPASS AROUND BENNINGTON OPEN!

Take I 87 (New York State Thruway) North to Albany. Take I 787 to Rte. 7 East towards Troy. Follow the sign for the NEW BYPASS - Rte. 279 (stay in the left lane it will say Rutland 60 miles) This happens before you get to the NY/VT border.

From Rte. 279 take the exit to Rte. 7 North and go to Exit 4, the Manchester exit. Take a left at the exit ramp and proceed on Route 11/30 to the flashing light at the "T" junction.  Turn left (south) onto Rte. 7A for 1.2 miles to The Equinox, which is on the right to check-in.

Alternative Route: Take the Henry Hudson Parkway North to the Saw Mill River Parkway and to the Taconic Parkway. Just before the end of the Taconic (last exit before the toll), take 295 east to Route 22 North. Follow Route 22 North to NY Route 7. Turn right (East on NY Route 7) Proceed as above.

FROM BOSTON - Time: 3 - 3.5 hours
Take Rte 2 (out of Cambridge) to 91N. Stay on 91N to Brattleboro Exit #2 which is Rte 30N.  This joins with Rte. 11 and will take you into Manchester. You will come to a "T" junction at Rte. 7A. Turn left (south) onto Rte. 7A for 1.2 miles to The Equinox, which is on the right to check-in.
